Well, now.  You’d think being a Los Angeles-based writer, where everyone is all about self-promotion, I’d be more comfortable writing about myself.  You’d be wrong.  I guess I should give you the basics, right?  Okay, then, here we go…

I eat and drink and cook, and this site is all about sharing my adventures with you.  I live in Hollywood, right by the Hollywood Bowl and close to the arty Los Feliz neighborhood, so there are tons of restaurants nearby.  But I work in the San Fernando Valley (yay for the music industry!) and the rest of Los Angeles County, so I drive past lots of quirky, fun, lesser-known restaurants, too.  From reviews of the places I eat, to recipes you might like, to the people and places and moments that inspire me, this site is all about food.  Food, drink, and snark. It’s LA.
